Prohibited Uses (High-Leverage Protection Clause)You may not:Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share original filesUpload assets to stock marketplaces, template libraries, AI training datasets, or competing servicesInclude assets in software, plugins, Canva libraries, or design generators that allow third parties to extract filesClaim ownership or authorship of the original assetsCreate derivative asset packs intended to compete with Mockup MarketViolation may result in immediate termination of access and license.9. AI-Assisted Content DisclaimerSome assets may include AI-assisted or AI-generated components. You acknowledge that:Outputs may not be exclusive or unique.You are responsible for final commercial usage decisions.Mockup Market is not liable for claims arising from AI tools or third-party technologies used in asset creation.10. Anti‑Scraping & Automation ProtectionYou may not use bots, scraping tools, automation scripts, or bulk download technologies to extract assets from the platform.We reserve the right to limit downloads, monitor unusual activity, or suspend accounts engaging in excessive or automated extraction behavior.26. Platform Integrity & Aesthetic ProtectionMockup Market is a curated platform. We reserve the right to remove content, revoke access, or refuse service if behavior undermines the creative direction, community standards, or sustainability of the platform.27. Entire AgreementThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mockup Market regarding use of the Service and supersede prior agreements or communications relating to the platform.
